Sitting with Lynn

Multidimensional Conversations in a Shed

I affectionately call the cozy shed where I invite friends to sit with me "The Mailbox." It's where I get important messages.

People come to The Mailbox with a question, a worry, or sometimes curiosity. In seeing beyond the three dimensions in which we mostly experience life, I can offer unique clarity. When you sit with me, I listen deeply to you. And I convey the messages I receive in the form of information or advice.

I’m not a healer or a predictor. But I can help you see your situation more clearly and work to strengthen your connection to the invisible realms. This work is in service of decolonizing our minds, bodies, and spirits.

“Lynn creates a safe space in which to see with, through and around you. She is a great listener, and I’m grateful for the humble, graceful and strong ways in which she has guided and supported me.”

FAQ

F A Q's

What’s a seer?

Many people call themselves seers for different reasons. I chose this word because I physically see and hear things that exist outside of the three dimensional world. I'm not a psychic or a healer (though I believe that aspects of what I do can be healing). The job I do is to engage with your multidimensional self and reflect back to you what I see. I’m here to help you strengthen your connection to the invisible realms and to help you evolve as a multidimensional being.

What do you see?

I see what most people see but I also see things from outside of three dimensional reality. This isn't a definitive list but some of the things I come across are ancestors and spirit guides. I see fairies, gnomes, sprites, and forest creatures. Angels and interdimensional beings. I also see auras and—most importantly—I see the energetic grids we're immersed in.

How do I prepare for my session?

You don’t have to do anything to prepare for your session but there are things you can do to get the most out of it. Here are some suggestions:

  • Come well rested and hydrated.

  • If your session is in the morning, try fasting. If it’s in the afternoon, try a light meal with no dairy and meat.

  • Avoid consuming alcohol, caffeine, red meat, nut butters, dairy, grains, oils and fats for 24 hours or more before your sitting.

  • Unplug from technology the day before.

  • Spend some time in nature just before your session. A hike, time at the beach—or    even 10 minutes watching the trees move in the wind.

  • Try to remember your dreams the night before coming in.

  • Take some time to reflect on why you’ve chosen to come. What in your life is calling you to do this?

What happens right after my sitting?

I live on three rural acres. After your session, you’re welcome to stay on the land and rest for a bit. You can use this time to journal, sit by the pond or take a walk. Plan for an hour of reflection time.

How often do people sit with you?

It’s different for everyone. We’ll always start with a phone call, so that we can get to know each other before diving in.  Then we’ll sit together. If this first session resonates with both of us, I’ll give you my recommendations for future sittings. Everyone has their own needs. It could be once a month for three months or once a quarter for a year. And some people find it helpful to come just the once.

How long is a sitting?

A sitting is one hour.

How much does it cost?

I have a sliding scale from $120 - $240 per sitting. There is both preparation and recovery time for me for each session. And I want to be as inclusive as possible in offering my services. So please let me know what you feel you can pay.

How do I pay?

I accept cash or check, at the time of a sitting.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, the more notice you can give the better. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will require full payment. Please read my full Consent & Cancellation Policy.
